Universal box Hangs the PC. plz help - GSM-Forum

hello moderators,

In last few days , i am unable to open my UB..

The problem is , when i try to open my UB software... my PC will hangs always... & stop working......

I also install my windows again.. But problem same....

i am facing very big problem coz, i have only Universal box for Nokia.. so business is stop yet....

plz give me solution...as soon as possible..

Have tried to change USB Extension Cable , have you tried to another pc
