universal box SMCU is not detected - GSM-Forum

my box stops working. i was using it in my shop yesterday, i tried it today in my house for the latest update but gives me error (see the attached image). seems SMCU is not detected. @product supporter, i tried two different PC's and still the same. should i have it replaced in my supplier? thanks in advance. P.S. heres the logfile,

This Problem 100% UB Driver.
Pls! Remove or Erase UB Driver, Use Device Manager.

hi, please try remove algo, delete ub.ini, ub drivers.. if all the solution u try didnt
work, send to ur reseller ask for replacement.

i think this problem on usb cable no good,try use other usb cable and direct plug to usb port
