universal box your not polite with your customers

ii have send millions messeges to jaWad, i have opened many posts with log for my error but no single one was reply me not mobile doctot even universal box no one answer me is this the right way ?but when someone open the thread for successfull unlocked your right there to answer see all this

univesralbox team thanx in all and im very sorry for being complain with too much threads i have manage to unlock 26 pcs different models and version without any problem and also fix some simlock info invalid thanx for great job
