Is it possible to unlock it using universal box, if yes what is the procedure?

not possible, DM3 Tool or Provider Code can unlock this Phone.

Or maybe via BB5 RPL Unlock ?? but i dont know

backup and try ...5220 not sl3 platform I think ..backup rpl and pm full and try..

yes it is not sl3, but it is with unsupported hash... (9D)

yeah i can confirm It canb be unlocked through ub, had to pay £ 14 to unlock it.

5220, 6600s, 7310 etc these few models can b only unlock with DM3 device solution only
so u have to wait little bit more to do by urself

Ub back me my creadite after update my box which was already activeted on 15 march 2009 when update my box i lost the SL2 unlock option in my main UB exe i mean there was no mention option to unlock and again i actived it and lost 200 creadite. so i agian ask u please give back my creadite my Nick name is (saber1985).
