URGENT HELP 6110n cable - GSM-Forum

IM trying to revive a dead 6110n
im using a 6 pin fbus cable which is working because it fixed the sec code
on other box and on other 6110n phones,
but ub keeps saying this
help???

Hello,

yould you try with usb interface...
It is not supported with fbus, but with usb is it 100%

thanks for quick response,
with usb flashing the phone is not recognised by the pc's usb,
ub keeps saying waiting for phone to turn on :

in my opinion this phone can only be fixed with fbus cable since its a dead phone and was killed while flashing
how about an update so it can work with fbus cable??

that file does not exist in my C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver Folder,
but this is the version im using for nokia connectivity cable driver :
Nokia_Connectivity_Cable_Driver_rel_6_85_10_0_eng. msi
??

please remove all nokia drivers and install Nokia PC suite
restart pc
then try to flash

ok i loaded this version of pc suite
and heres the driver info:

and now with this set of drivers when u connect the phone to the usb,
all it does is give a double beep and ub dont recognise the phone,
i installed and re installed twice and re started pc, def this version of drivers is not working on the 6110n phone
now what???

and i took other pc
and put in the latest :
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver one with latest pc suite,

please help,
this phone came in for a language change to chinese lang,
and 100% the phone was working,
after flashing it with fbus it is now dead

i think your windows already tired ;-) so please use another pc and try to reinstall OS (it is batter way for easy work)

yes i did check dead usb,

maybe windows is tired, gona re install windows and UB onto other pc now,
will post result

2> When i un install all cable drivers from pc then install latest pc suite
pc asks for Nokia usb rom drivers when i connect dead usb,
and pointing the prorgram to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver really does not load the driver .... there is def a problem here
please check it out??
