User / Password Problem - GSM-Forum

Hello, I have 2 Universal Box, The 1st and 2nd was registred and worked fine, but now the second Box say "Register Your Box" and I don't remember User / Pass, I search the confirmation email but I dont find it, the forget password page in www.universalbox.com don't work, say "You can't load this page directly!"

Please Help, How can I do know my User and Pass ?

Uffff, the 1st and 2nd Box have the same User/Password, the 2nd Box now working fine.
