W550.. White screen.. need help please - GSM-Forum

hi. i have w550.. when i switch on the phone it shows white screen.. i did flash the phone with smart card option.. because ub software ask me to do that.. but after flashing result is same white screen.. when i take the info or unlock the phone it says.. this erro.. look in the pic.. and when i flash again.. result same No L.C.D.... need help please..

thanks for reply.. but my friend i already did with smartcard.. but result is same.. it says.. Faild to jump in Flash... when i unlock the phone..

Then you check whith scren?
If, Can not be!
You try Flash and Unlock after Flash!

now i try read info..
same it gives error "Terminated with error Failed to jump in Flash"

hi i check the attachment pic, find out small mistake.. please never tick restore red when use smartcard method. Try uncheck restore red and post the result

in picture i just show the error message.. . i did flash the phone with smart card after flashing when i want to unlock the phone i have to uncheck the smartcard... because if i click on smartcard box unlock option goes close... problem is .. even if i flash the phone with smartcard option after that result is same .. white screen and same error while unlock.. Failed to jump in Flash...????????????

please try unlock using tp method and post the result
