1. Uninstall the flash

2. Restart computer

if you read carefully error log you can correct by self
Universalbox not able to find out path of flash file please recheck where you have installed the flash file

also check few other thinks like you have Windows XP SP3 Installed ?
Microsoft net Framework Installed ?
Nokia Usb Drivers Installed ?
