where's the model and checkbox? - GSM-Forum

hi,

I am trying to flush se k800i using universal box.
I downloaded all software but I cannot select the phone model since it is not listed in the model list.
as a consequence there's no checkbox "USB mode" in the universal box software.

what to do to have k800 model listed?

Found the problem... it was old or bad version of ub setup.exe. I didn't have many functions so couldn't do things.
I downloaded the new version and everything's sorted.
