why still cost credit unlock dct4? 30 credit gone, phone still locked - GSM-Forum

I bought UB recently , was told full activated, I tried sl2 , it's free..

but today I tried 2330, cost me 15 credit, same phone tried twice, todal 30 credits, but erro, phone still locked.
