hi

this sounds like a HW problem with the box, i beleive it is the regulator, ST KF33 500Ma, you will need to replace it i think.

more problems

i keep getting the 0X0213 error...
I installed the box in a computer that never had any other cell phone stuff installed... no ufs, no n'box no nothing... still same error... is there any way we can get this fixed?
After the error, the box does not even read the phone anymore, and eventually software shuts itself down

hi
so u probleme is that u can not entering in flash Mode
true, correct me if i am worrong ?
maybe if u have damaged phone or contact service after unsing dct 4 i can say, ok the box have one error and he can damage phones like 3100b .
but man u have another probleme, i hope u can understand what i mean....
u can not enter to the flash modus !!!!!!!
so i can done all 3100b and if u think the box can not do, then u are very wrrong
if u want that i show u one demontration, gladly i can make for u one MPEG file how is the process by 3100b or 3120b

about 3220b dont be worry, is still not supported on dct4-direct box
but i can make it .......
i can show u also screenshoot
3220b RH-37 imei number is by me like this 53000123456789

so i have nothing to say now, i think is all clear
i hope u will result ur probleme .....
