My software is not opening - GSM-Forum

I am using XP and installed the drivers, but I am unable to open the software. idon see any error mesages. Plz why is that...reply me?

software maybe dont see box. driver is corectly installed.power adaptor ok.computer see box when cable plug in usb and power.
