Please help wtih DCT4 direct - GSM-Forum

Hi alls,

When I open the DCT4 software, its open and say
Checking box......... Done
box version........... 1.2
box serial............. xxxxx

and say Loading.......... After that, its dessapear inmidiatly of the sceen.

Please somebody tell me what is the problem,How can I do to solve it.

Try to remove USB cable and try again.

hi

could be something todo with the usb driver, can you try to remove and re-install the driver,, also plug the power in the box first, then after the USB

mate, do a seach in this forum, its likely a driver problem! If you have twister/ufs or 1 of its derivatives, then im 99% sure that it will be usb conflict

just un-install ufs/twister usb drives, then remove usb from dct4direct, reconnect it, and then try to open program, i think that will fix you problem
