i have bought the dct4-direct to repair imei problem ,,and i have found that this box can't repair 2300 imei's

so my question ,,the 2300 is a DCT4 model ,,and the name of this box is DCT4 ,,so why the 2300 it'is not supported

DCT 4 direct is software used to change IMEI nomer to any other number "NOT TO REPAIR"

and 2300 is it a Dct4 or no ,, if it is a Dct4 why it isn't supported ,, so the name of this box must be changed ,, because its't not serius
