working one computer ,but another not - GSM-Forum

i have meet a problem like this:
it is working perfect on my own computer,but my custome`s computer always get same error: " error 0x0236" all stop at 15%, same box,same cable ,same 3100 phone,and i have formate and reinstall xp xp2 in my customer`s computer,still same

you know what, this is a very buggy box....it took me over 3 hours last nite to get a 7210 changed....when it finally errored at restarting asic, i sighed with relief, opened my twister and unlocked it using that.....

this box isnt secure enough to change imei propely, let alone have flashing functions added to it!

Dont get me wrong, i love my box, and i use it frequently, but im just glad i have an awful lot of PATIENCE with it, cos otherwise it would be a paperweight by now

I haven' have any chance to love my box yet!!!! since it doesn't work at all since i buyed it!!! never work!!! :MAD:

i spend sleeples hours to play with this box, not work yet,till now!!!! :MAD:

have u tried all the things that i have to do when doing jobs? like connecting charger to fine, pressing power button repeatedly during procedure etc etc???

if not, try them, and then let me know how you get on

Sure......... I flash phones everyday. i try all the trick i know to flash the phones.

Mr. James, can you post your computer's spec that work with dct-4 box????? please, if not my dct-4 box will be a paper weight like you said.

amd 2200, 512mb ram, xp pro with sp 2...

send back to reseller to fix it mate

could not get it to work on P2.P4 o.k. , but with difficult
try connecting box USB + Power supply (on)
Then boot computer and check if red usb light flickers then becomes
solid on (green power light must be on) - this happens while XP (SP1)
boots up.
Also, try old version soft first - (v 1.32) - this seems to get a new install
to recognise dll's better.

@ Zaihtam.....not clean, very unclean....have jaf/twister/griffin/mss/vygis/furious/tst and others all installed, have to uninstall twister/jaf....got loads of movies, music and other things on my pc as well

dont see why i should have to format and start again just so that 1 box will work ok

try it man, and then post here again, if this doesnt fix error, then im 99% certain its a hardware fault on your box, send back to reseller to fix/replace
