Upgrade to firmware 4.xxx as mentioned earier in this post. If the software is not showing any codes then this is most likely your problems use the search button and you will find out more on how to do this

Read the whole thread. someone wrote about this problem. have you tried to upgrade the firmware to version 4.XX ???.

just reread down below and hacker says that this model isn't supported (iden) sorry.
