hi

just started using my sst after 2 months from purchase. i have a problem the sw runs fine phone is attached on com 3 i click read info and nothing happens after i click unlock again jack happens can someone help please

what version has your phone?

needs testpoint, same as mc60 testpoint cut..

hello,

try typing #*06#, then the imei will appear but on the lefthand side is a display that says INFO press the button that is below it so you will see the version and other infos of the phone!
