Unable To Make Usb Cable Work

Dear SSt team,

I am an old serial licence user. Today i received the hardlock version of SST with cable set. I have done all possible to install the cable drivers but i have been unable to do it.I have installed the cable drivers and the main SST dongle drivers. The SST software is now opening .But when i connect the USB cable I get a New hardware found message : So like usual i Browse to the C:Program files/SSt/Driver folder and try to install .But i get an error message saying unable to install . I have tried on 2 different PC's i have also tried on XP and Windows 98 .Still the same problem .I have uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled .Still the same .I use many software ; crusier; SEtool etc but i have never had this problem before >please advise.

Hi
If someone else have the same problem with the new SST 3 in 1 cables drivers please mail to [email protected] .
The drivers are not uploaded at the support page yet as it is planned to be added in SST main installation program.

Probably these cable were produced with different vendor or provider ids.
Please post vid & pid of the cable and we shall post drivers for this.
For SST 3 in 1 USB cables drivers are already send to resellers that use this cables.
