hello write full pm and then unlock.check ur cable.and clean the software points on cell phone.
flash device not supported its mean uem problem.rehot ur ram and flash ic

flash in latest version it will be direct unlocked if you are using latest suite

no don't flash it on last version because maybe its not support to unlock on hwk
try to flash on on other version on not lasted one

u can go to hwk support and download file the listed supported dct4+ for unlock
there pdf file open it and see the version that support for unlock on hwk

there not with me now but if tomorrow i was on my work i will say that version u most use

its hardware problem .rehot flash ic.or change flash ic .its working
after change flash ic u need to flash again

to can unlock it on hwk u most flash in on ver 3.11 or 3.00
becuse v3.30 not support to unlock
