when trying to read flash , it show like this>>

1st Boot Ok, McuId: 000603EE, Rom: 00004B45, 5-1.0 (Trident 2)
2nd Boot Ok, McuId: 000603EE, Rom: 00004B45, 2-1.1
FlashLoader Failed: Flsync

is it hardware problem or software problem??

Make sure your M_20 cable matches the schema, if it looks ok then try a lower baudrate.
