this is the error i get while flashing 1650
the phone is dead

First of all, try with a different cable. Also try to hold Power Key while flashing.
If problem remains same, reheat UPP.

have reheated upp and flash ic
changed the cable
and moreover some time it says write error

Thoroughly wash board. May be a liquid or shock damaged phone?

Which cable u use? FBUS or UFC? Use good FBUS cable and post result.
