1680c locked phone do not connct with box - GSM-Forum

i have locked 1680c phone it have verry small short(water damege,and i clean verry well)) ,i try to find where the short bad luck, but i cann't find it.

any way it has country lock, when i press info its reading very well,but can't working with ptach,flash,check option ,

pls any one have the trick to flash it pls share with me ,

dead you try first check the fuse resistor foll out that then check if shorted if steel may be the problem is connection of tx line ang rx
