Support Login Problem

Ive had sucessfully updated my HWK, I can download at Support Download, My PC crashed so I download at other PC but

it only says this:

What seems to be the problem, Ive searched but there is no Solution posted.

Clean all and install new version.

HWK 2ND pc Solution For Set Up 2.08

First of all Thanks to Saras team For it's hard working and provide us nonstop update since long time.

here is the solution for working HWK in 2nd pc for set up 2.08

1. uninstall ur old hwk suite from control panel of ur pc.

2. uninstall ur old hwk support Suite from control panel of ur pc.

3. Install new HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000.exe

4. Than connect ur box and start UpdateClient.exe

5. Donot need to Start HWK Update AS it has been already Updated .

6. Just quit HWK update Client V 2.0.8.0

7. Run hwk 2.0.8.reg.

8. Now install HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000.exe
