Please ! What to do with this ini ???

put it in C:/ProgramFiles/Sarasoft/DCTX_BB5 or in C:/ProgramFiles/Nokia/Phoenix/
it is language description to be shown in DCTX_BB5 when selecting a model to change language or flash with it
