3110c, can't start up normally, flashing ok


All brother, help urgently pls after having many times successful in flashing 3110c now i got weird thing about this phone, i have flashed the phone completely and went to be ok,then i try to power on but can't start up normally then phone dead later smoothly, good solution pls???
