Bro,
No need to reboll flash or cpu, just use JAF or MXKEY usb flashing,set will be ok
i had also the same problem with ufs usb flashing, but from same cable and MXkey or JAF the problem Solved

100% flash ic reball or change it. problem solved. tested by me 2 times.
