I'm trying harder is giving error. bad or Unsuported Certificat File: Now going back imei correct for the device, no way yet?

Post some output, because I think you did not select npc certificate file.

if you have read cert before doing SX4b operation, then you should rewrite your backup, (especially NPC certificate) using write cert, else you have to wait for ASK to RPL service to come back and no one can help you sir.

good luck and becarefull with this kind of nokia (BB5 SL3 simlock is not repairable with any tools and NPC data for all BB5 in not repairable too)
