Are you sure that the PPM file you are going to flash is similar to the MCU currently inside the phone?
If yes then try to flash the phone with all three files MCU+PPM+UDA.

OR
Then its some kind of hardware fault.

please check rx2 line in your fbus cable

only use 7 pin cable and if you have used 7 pin with this problem your cable is fault
