Bro I Now It, And This Is Deference. The Phone Is 100% 7210c And rm-354 . And This Is Not First Time I See This type RM Deference. Some Time Phone From U.S.A Have Deferent Type of RM And Product Code.

No, It Is Not Cable Problem. Because I Am Try With 2 Different Cable And UFC Cable All Cable Are Good And Work Well With Other Phone.
