Another guy who need help with HWK Setup - GSM-Forum

Hi.
I never had problem with hwk before [2.09], but this time there's a big problem

HWK work fine, but i had to format system partition and instal fresh copy of winxp. After that, I installed support_suite and run hwk upgrade tool. Everything is ok, upgrade tool says that hwk doesnt need update, also I can log-in to support area with success. The problem is with Setup suite. It says:
"You have not updated your HWK with the latest update client. ClientCompare"

I know, I know, there are million sticky threads with various solutions. I tried everything, cleaning registry, reinstaling and restarting system etc. Result: FAIL!

Any ideas? I really need use hwk as soon as possible :P

When you get message "HWK already updated you will loose 1 log" say yes to the message.

Next time post your problem here, are you may find your thread deleted.
