any new update means ploblem


please product supporters fix this .box_auth_error 20.itried to run update client .software says "no need otherwise you will lose log on to support.my reseller is unavailable.what can i do.now im stopping to work cause of this.please anybody may help

many HWK users facing this probelm after HWK update.
and they are unable for HWK updating second time.
where are u respected Mr.Odia.

Read sticky and for fbi file contact your Reseller. If your Reseller is not available it's not Product Supporters fault.

Need to follow correct procedure while upgrading HWk and installing new suite to get rid of Box Auth Error:20 or any other.
