when i try to upgrade hwk it give me this message:

brother why ur team says n every thing contact reseller
for most people its very dificult to contact reseller.there are not any reseller in most country

Its very simple why...

... its our policy that update issues are to be resolved by the reseller unless from bug or server error.

For some country without reseller this is ok, since you managed to obtain an HWK from someone and that someone is the one who can help you, I think the telephone and email are international, so should be no issues.

Warranty and support from reseller can't be for life time. Also i think that no one that willing to support their customers fo free more then 6 months.

What about 4 logs for 1 HID / month? I dont know if it less or too much. But, Its not a bad idea.
Let the end-user solve their own problem.

abluez brother is 100% correct
when we install new window and want to install new setup. we should update our box
when new setup come we should update our box
then why 1 log per HID
and as abluez said no one reseller support their customers for free more then 6 months

plz give the salotion to the End users

solutions here :

0. make sure your HWK was update before
1. install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.07.000
2. Run HWK Update Client and click Next.... wait until next screen and don't click [start update].
3. Download File attachment and double click it. or manual editing in registry

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SarasSoft\UFS3\GlobalO ptions"

and change

"ClientRunTimes"=dword:00000001 and
"ClientRun"=dword:00000000

4. now you can Install HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.07.00.exe
no more update... need one update for any HWK setup.

maybe saras should think better policy to their user,
so don't get wait too long just for updating HWK module..
