box auth 33


have instaled and upgradet to 2.07 about 2 weeks all work ok till today tray to connect and receive error BOX_AUTH_ERROR. 33. can anyone tell me why happend that ? and how to solve that ? .

allredy tray with an new update same error .

you can uninstall and reinstall the software as many times are you like, but it will not fix your UFS box auth issue, for that, you can check the 1000+ other posts on the subject, or chose the easy option and read the sticky thread.

that mean i need to contact my resseler ? the one dit not make bussines over 1 year what solt o do now ?

How to upgrade successfully to 2_07

Follow step by step, don't skip.


1. Make sure the HWK module is upgraded to the latest by HWK update client 207, Unplug ur UFS_HWK box

2. Uninstall previous HWK suite and HWK support suite

3. Extract and Run SarasSoft_Emergency_Cleanup

4. Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.07.000, confirm to install USB drivers (if asked to), do not run HWK Update Client yet.

5. Plug in your UFSx box to install USB drivers (v3.1.5.0)

6. Run HWK Update Client. Click 'Next', wait some time - you should see UFSx/HWK serial numbers in the HWK Update Client log window.

7. Now click on 'Quit' (do not update your HWK again)

8. Import attached 'HWK_207_2ndPC.reg' file into your Registry (extract the rar file, and double-click the extracted file, 'Yes' to overwrite)

9. Install HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.07.00. It should work.
