box auth error 20 and more - GSM-Forum

hi all friens and especially ODIA THE ULTIMATE look when i open DCTxBB5 program it open and also connect but with famous error box auth error 20 and i can unlock nokia mobiles but cant flash. but the rest of the programs like SAMS LG_GSM KSF ACRE etc just open but can not connect.i ask my hwk resseler www.ipmart.com but they said that my hwk is correct and fault is in my tornado box is it truewho can solve this problem please help. thankx

Your Tornado box reseller will be able to help with this issue, also reading the sticky post about error 20 will help.

Because the message says BOX Auth Error: 20, here you can see the error has nothing to do with HWK.
