box error 20 - GSM-Forum

Dear mates

I have here one ufs 3 with hwk module. i am using the latest version of hwk swite when i am pressing connect i can see activity to the device for a few seconds but is giving me the error box auth_error 20. the strange is that before one day the flasher was working fine. and i didnt make any changes to the softwares. can anyone help me with this prob?

First plug your usf to pc usb cable to any other usb port of pc. If problem remains follow the link posted in above post.

I check with another usb port but still the same. the problem is that i can not access the support page because my box is not connecting. so is there any other solution to download this req.fbi file as the thred discriping?

Here is req.fbi file. Remember to use Support suite v2.0.7.0 to create fbi file and v2.0.8.0 to update.

while you will solve error 20 you will need one more upgrade log for update
soo nice ways is that just contact your reseller to avoid parmanent damage

@frnd_4_gsm: what is the solution then? I get error 20 and my reseller says that box is out of waranty, so no fbi file from him.
