also I've found eeprom file in support area but could not be written with soft Cos an error occurred say "wrong file selected !" when selecting "L700.ts_eep"

Write flash with ufs then Make the reset and unlock

this problem only solve for hwk flash with the latest ptt ,firmware it is not an eeprom problem i think your flash file select to flash that may be not accepted that's why the phone is same problem flash with the latest firmware the if same post here logs
