Can't working with HWK KZF but all is ok with DCTXBB5, SAMSUNG, LG, SonyEricson, Acer - GSM-Forum

Can some1 help me fix problem? each time run HWK KZF my box always shows

Selected Device, not Compatible with Software

HWK ID is ok, License is True
I setup UFS_HWK_Suite 2.00 and 2.01, its the same with HWK KZF
But when I setup only HWK KZF v1.8b, it is ok with my box
I don't know why. I use HWK chip attached with my box.
My box is UFS-3 Tornaldo with SN: 70153
Pls help me!

Hi
My original tornado box (a gold coloured one) ran for several months then failed and continually wouldn't work.I have recently replaced it with a ufs3 ( blue one).I have been useing this for about 4 weeks ,mainly for unlocking Nokia phones and some Erricsons and the odd 3G LG.
Yesterday I tried to unlock an LG 8120 . (not my first !!)
I opened kzf and proceeded with the unlock as the soft was going through the proceedure it failed at 82 % .
The phone was Dead .
In the end I had to use my Furious box to flash new software and unlock the phone.
This morning I tried to fire up my usf box and when I tried to connect to the box I got Lic true... SELECTED DEVICE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SOFTWARE.
I then tried all the other elements of sarasoft on my machine and they all connect ok except the ATRZ which gives me

HWK SELF DESTRUCTED

Lic TRUE

I then logged onto the hwk website and downloaded and installed the new version .
I can now acces all elements of usf except

ATRZ HWK self destructed

KZF Selected device not compatible

LG GSM Tool Selected device not compatible

I have NEVER used any cloned software with this box

I rely on this box in my bussiness and I need a reliable box
can Sarasoft sort this quickly please as I have now purchased TWO new boxes and neither work,.

P.s. I threw the firsty box away as fonedoctor went bust and I couldn't get any support

my HWK on UFS works well but i don't know how can i unlock LG 81xx & 83xx?
please can somebody help me?
i need details, i am not able to use KZF 1.8_e

If you want future update buy ORIGINAL HWK.

first download TestPoint from support site ( www.ufsxhwk.com )

backup GDFS (READ GDFS) - for SAFETY

click INIT SB ( follow instruction about TestPoint )

I am performing the thing with yongi-boy I have read the gdfs and saved, but from this error after I press Init Sb:
