Check Nokia 6630

I have problem with flash Nokia RM-1 6630
I get this error, someone know what could be the problem ?
I dont know if it has something to do with new version or ?

I use 7 pin cable and check dual line .

OMAP IC located beside RAP IC.
you can see it clearly.

Thanks for tip, but I dont think it is that, I try to flash with JAf using same cable and that was no problem, but I found this http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=334721

And I did open my box and found out that I have that regulator, I will try to find what Odia said to change, And I will try again.
