Friend bring me 2pcs of HWKuFs Micro.
there's mark on ufs "TST (DUBAI) +971 50 7750786"
Trying to ubdate it, there's screen

HWK LOGIN ERROR
and can't update hwk to latest ver.
software asks me to update firmware to authorise ufs.
I havn't any fbi files? reg.fbi nor with sn number

Either your Box is Clone OR it is beyond Repair.

If those are from TST Dubai there is no chance for clone, they sell 100% original and honust people, probebly you made some mistake with upgradation

maybe is connection problem between ufs and hwk.

Try to change USB port or USB cable, this can be caused by low USB power or sh1t USB cables, if still a problem after this, return boxes to your reseller since they are broken beyond normal repair.
