Downgrade nokia n82 v30 to v20 - GSM-Forum

I can't downgrade n82 v30 to v20 i have checked the cabel and the phone has truble to get into local mode. i can use check and info bottom
i get this fault

It's common problem with N82 , It's cable problem.
