E-50 blank display, - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have 2 E-50 sets in same prob. Both sets r came with sometimes getting restarted prob. I flashed the sets thro HWK,but failed in UI defaults.
Now set was in only light condition. How can i solve this prob?

can you check the software version of the phone before you flash, and what version you use?

Bro! Better use NaviFirm to download latest available firmware and try to flash it.

Also make sure if it is RM-170 or RM-171.

Make a habit to check current software version in phone to avoid such kind of problem.

Yes i didn't check the firmware ver b4 flash the set.And my set type is RM-170 only. I used the ver of 7.36 for flash the set.

man try ENO file should work, i tested on 1 6120c worked fine for me
