there is a real solutions but u need to take some risk
first read a flash from a working phone
second erase the phone full erase i mean nor
flash the phone .let it finish ...in case that the phone still blink or don't complete the flash open the phone re-hot slowly the CPU and not from ic side but from the keypad side .....attention don't heat too much only for 5sec or 10

i hope that this helps cuz it helped me in 80% of the cases

just flash it with hwk or ust pro and unlock it your problem will be solved i tested many phones...

Try with flash mcu/tfs and rebuild imei.........coz all E2120 when blink imei go 0000....

post result,

we wanted this model when find real solution, no need re-hot CPU or any kind of HW intervention, problem 100% SW.

U need to rehot on ic flash n reflash it, but no guarantee it will come back blinking

Ya that's a HW problem & its not repairable !!

so we change the main board, if its has warentty.

this is a common problem of this unit, although it can repair by flashing, mostly problem returns a days or week.

try to reheat video controller ic and post result, i already repair several unit by this method, so far no one return for backjob.

Yea..
it H/W..
Not all E2120 have same pb.
Only few Restart Because of H/W pb.
And Only Solution is to Change PCB ATM.

Have repair many by flash but come back after some days!!!
I rehoot another and reflash it.........Phone come back after two weeks!
There's a hardware solution we don't know friends!
Let search!

are after flash imei ok, coz all E2120 when blink lose imei 00000000

i think it is a problem from flash chip,
when i trying different version, some of them had a result of dead fone and logs show bad sector... and that chips was sealed
