Erase Options for F300(new samsung) are inactive>>

why,,,

my phone F300 ... its problem is ((Delete some items ...)) when Capture a image...

i did soft .... same result..

i use
codes.,,,,

*2767*6263# and then *2767*3855#

same result...

Any idea plz...

Because its not safe to erase this phone, even if have full backup.

Try the Reset MMI option.

sir i have the same problem in my f300 if i capture in camera it saved the image after that i cant see tat image in files folder it displayed only the '?'
like this i tried in HWK reset MMI option am getting MMI reset failed pls any other solution sir?..............................

You need to flash CTS file too. S3 record is not enough.
