The errors connected with HWK - GSM-Forum

I upgraded ver "HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000"
and install ver "HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000"
and then connect the interface with the error:
"Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR: CLEANUP SYSTEM !"
Please help me!

I've got this problem too. To solve it, I just re-install the whole CPU

unistall all the boxes and install first the hwk i solve this way

i use another pc it new
and i install HWK first it install normally

but when i use ( ctx.bb5 or sum ..) i show same message

Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR

i re -install it but same problem
give good solution saras

formati pc is not solutioni tried so many times witout succes what is the final solution guysbecause our box is going usleshelp from saras team howto solve problem.

Try seach the from there r lot of solution On "hwk setup failed".Ihad suffered with the hwk too.I know how to solve ur problem.But its a long story.Try search .If u failed then knock me i will come to ur side.
