why is error show what to do please help

and try to flash with this.

Flash files incompatible with boot, either use another version or flash with multi-loader and boot change.

I changed and flashed another version but same. I also flashed with multi-loader. amss part can flash there is a error with rsrc1 part. I can change boot part. If I changed boot part phone will no power? please tell me how to change boot part.

Use Multi-loader. Connect Phone with pc in download mode.
Now in multi loader tick full download. Now you can select boot file . and also other more. select all files in their fields and press download.
