Failed to re-install HWK2.0.8 need helps

I re-installed OS due to virus, installed support suite and start upgrade. system said upgraded already not need to do it again. then selected no.
Tried to install setup suite but unsuccessful, said I have to install support suite and upgrade HWK blah blah blah.
If I select yes, oviously no way, because the limited log policy.
Box purchased N years ago so contact retailer is no prossible to me. Do I have other solution then wait for 48 hours ?

read the post below right through it covers two faults with updating but this procedure could help you with your prob as long as your box has hwk installed in it and you will need to download the 2.07 support suite as well as the new 2.08 support suite before you will be able to install setup suite
. If youve not got hwk installed you will have to buy it from sarasoft or other resellers and fit it into your box first have you tried reinstalling the support suite and on 2nd time choosing the repair option ???
