Is this file from Support Valid for HWK?=C1100-Australia-B.zip - GSM-Forum

I DOWNLOADED this file lg C1100-Australia-B.zip
When I extract, I get these 2 files:
1=C1100-Aus-2.FL0
and
2=C1100-Aus-2.fl1

Hwk says files corrupted, i tried to convert them to mot and to bif and to bin but still File Corrupted.

Any other way???
