This error is not mentioned in your Sticky FAQ

Please kindly advise what is the nature of this problem.
My HWK is original since I bought it directly form your resseler which his name
is among your trusted ones.

This means, that HWK with specified serial number was already upgraded ither by you or by someone else. In the last case generally, it means, that at least two HWKs with the same HIDs exist in the world. One of them can be original, others - clones.

same thing happens to griffin so again think before you buy original hwk because you will not know what is the difference between original and clone. usually the one who updates fast wins

I was wondering could it be that my resseler have the update logs for my box ?

If yes , then if I asked him how will my box be updated ?

Not true, because if the original user contacts their reseller, they will be able to upgrade, we know the difference between original and clone and so does the server.
