1-support area hangs alot it tooks 5 or 6 times to be able to acess the main directory
2- it is not clear at all which file contains (arabic language for example) for samsung and lg phones

I am in Russia and all opens extra-fast to me. So, I guess something is with your internet provider. Ping to sarunasoftware.com from my PC is about 150ms. Try from yours.

hi,

the support site is really great, the future of this looks promising...

but i have a suggestion, in BB5 section you included "SERVICE BULLETINS", can you please archive it so we can save "download slots" in the server...

downloading all those service bulletins will surely take a long day...

and please make the slot 30 files per day...

and include some service manuals too...

What for? Being unable to install the latest one, you cannot access support. If you did, that means, you have all versions installed.

Access violation!
Dear customer!

If you see this page, it means some access violation occured. Possible reasons:

Your HWK is not registered in server database.
Solution: Contact your reseller
Your session is expired
Solution: Relogin from this page
Your browser does not accept cookies or has very strict security settings set

now no have ufs original or copy ,only hwk original .but for customers must care from where buy his box ,must good qualtity.3 ic -atmega 8l is best from 16 alsow pcb must good quality .if you want test your ufs before added your hwk original its easy to do alsow .

hi the support is great but we have two problems:
with download manager the site asking for user and pass
without download manager there is no resum
it there something we should do first????
