For me gives these error.I unable to login

This website is using ActiveX components to access support area. These components cannot be executed. Below is the list of most probable reasons:

You have no certificate installed on your PC. IE allows to install only signed ActiveX, so please download and doubleclick this file to install certificate to your PC
You are using browser other than Internet Explorer. You can use only IE to access this page.
Your IE security settings prohibit ActiveX execution. You need to tune your browser to allow ActiveX components execution.
Latest UFS and HWK software is not installed correctly (You need to install or reinstall latest HWK Suite Software).

Maybe you used the ZIP download of the latest version and not via the installer, if this is the case, then this is the reason support will not work.

ur using firefox and the support will not work on it

try in internet explorer

and also in internet explorer u have to click on [hwk.ocx] installation

Actually, I don't add any download managers. Just there are some download managers, that handle cookies correctly and there are some, that doesn't.

I cannot support those, that work incorrectly.

I already answered. You have some cookies problem on your PC or Internet Explorer running in Protected Mode. Tune IE to accept cookies from sarunasoftware.com. Add this domain to trusted sites list.

Donno if anyone encountered it, but since I installed the activeX plugin IE is wery instabil, and I cannot close it only with endtask. I tried with IE6, and later installed IE7, but the same thing.

You can if you uncheck "Require server verification (https) for all sites in the zone"

You can do lots of things, but I prefer my browser to be protected, there is enough sh1t which comes down from the internet as it is.
